We emphasize behavioral changes, along with mindfulness and relaxation practices that use Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR and VR) technology. AR and VR feature specially designed gameplay, visualizations, guided meditations and breathing exercises that can shift your mood in minutes, allowing you to move through your day with greater positivity and productivity.
